Refund policy

At Denic, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
Returns can be requested within 2 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Product should not show signs of use, damage, perfume, deodorant, stains, or alteration.
- A valid order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
Refund Process
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection:
- Refunds are processed within 14 working days.
- COD Orders: Refund will be transferred to your registered bank account.
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your Denic Wallet for future purchases.
Return Rejection
Returns may be declined if:
- The product fails quality inspection.
- The return request is made after the allowed return period.
- The product is found to be used or damaged.
